1. Browse the projects
Open the Projects page to see everything we currently market. Each card shows the project name, district, type, starting price, and status: available, limited, or sold out. Use the filters at the top to narrow by city, property type, and price range instead of scrolling through everything.
2. Read the project page
The project page gathers what you need for a decision in one place: description, photo gallery, key facts (area, bedrooms, handover date), the available unit types with their prices and floor plans, features, and the location on the map. Where the developer provides a brochure, you will find a download button at the bottom of the page.
Keep in mind: prices and handover dates come from the developer and can change. Treat them as a starting point, then confirm the current figure with an advisor.
3. Ask Fahem
Fahem is our AI advisor, available from the button at the corner of every page. Ask in plain language, like “a three-bedroom under 1.2 million in north Riyadh”, or “what is the difference between NAJD 3 and NAJD 5?”, and he will narrow the options with you. Fahem speaks Arabic, English, and Chinese, and he will not ask for your phone number unless you decide to move forward.
4. Get in touch
When a project interests you, use the contact form, WhatsApp, or the phone number in the footer. Tell us the project name, your budget, and the timing that suits you. That is enough for an advisor to come back with a precise answer instead of a generic one.
5. Viewing and booking
One advisor stays with you from the first question to handover: arranging the viewing, checking the unit is still available, explaining the payment plan, and completing the reservation with the developer. The sale contract is signed between you and the developer.
6. Language and display
The site works in Arabic, English, and Chinese. Switch from the links at the top of the page, and the whole site including project pages follows. The site also follows your device’s light or dark mode automatically, and works on phone, tablet, and desktop.
7. If something looks wrong
If a price, an image, or an availability status looks wrong on any page, tell us at info@rylist.sa and we will check it with the developer and correct it. Reporting it helps every other visitor too.
