1. Who we are
RYLIST Global Co. is a real-estate brokerage and marketing company licensed by the Real Estate General Authority under FAL licence no. 1200047932. This policy covers the rylist.sa website and every service offered through it, including the “Ask Fahem” advisor and the contact forms.
2. What we collect
Data you give us directly: your name, mobile number, email, and the content of any message or enquiry you send us, including your conversations with the “Ask Fahem” advisor.
Data collected automatically: the pages you visit, time spent, referring link, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This is aggregate usage data, not an attempt to identify you personally.
We do not collect payment card data, and we do not ask for your national ID or copies of official documents through this website.
3. Why we collect it
- To answer your enquiry and follow up with you about the projects you asked about.
- To recommend projects that fit your stated needs and budget.
- To arrange viewings and complete a booking through the developer when you ask us to.
- To improve the site: which projects get attention, where visitors drop off, which pages are slow.
- To meet our regulatory obligations as a licensed brokerage.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations, relying on your consent when you submit a form or start a chat, on the necessity of performing the service you requested, and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform.
5. Who we share it with
- Real-estate developers: only when you ask us to move forward with a specific project, and only the data needed to reserve a unit or arrange a viewing.
- Technical service providers who run the site on our behalf: hosting, database, email delivery, and the AI provider behind the “Ask Fahem” advisor.
- Competent authorities, when disclosure is required by law or by a valid official request.
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.
6. Transfers outside the Kingdom
Some of our technical providers store or process data on servers outside Saudi Arabia. Where that happens we rely on providers that offer an adequate level of protection and we transfer only what the service requires.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries and conversations are kept for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so an advisor can pick up where you left off. Data tied to a completed transaction is kept for the period required by the applicable regulations. Beyond that, we delete it or keep it in an aggregate form that cannot identify you.
8. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to know what data we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it if it is wrong, to ask us to delete it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, write to us at info@rylist.sa and we will respond within the period set by the regulations.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may also raise the matter with the competent supervisory authority in the Kingdom.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use your browser’s local storage to remember your language and light/dark theme preference. These are stored on your device only, are not shared with anyone, and clearing your browser data removes them.
10. Security
Traffic to the site is encrypted, access to the admin panel and the database is restricted to authorised staff, and enquiry records are protected by row-level access rules. No online service can promise absolute security, but we treat any incident that affects your data seriously and will notify you where the regulations require it.
11. Children
The site is meant for adults making property decisions. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service develops or the regulations change. The date at the top always reflects the latest version, and material changes will be announced on the site.
