1. Accepting these terms
By browsing rylist.sa, sending an enquiry, or talking to the “Ask Fahem” advisor, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are and what we do
RYLIST Global Co. is a real-estate brokerage and marketing company licensed by the Real Estate General Authority under FAL licence no. 1200047932, valid until 29/06/2027. We present residential projects on behalf of the developers who own them, and we help buyers compare, choose, view, and reserve.
We are a broker, not the seller. The sale contract is concluded between you and the developer, and the developer alone is responsible for the unit, its specifications, its delivery, and its warranties.
3. The information on this site
Prices, areas, unit counts, availability, and handover dates are provided by the developers and are indicative. They can change without notice, and a unit shown as available may be sold before your enquiry reaches us. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
Images, floor plans, and renders are for illustration. The delivered unit may differ, and the developer’s approved drawings and contract are the reference that counts.
Answers from the “Ask Fahem” advisor are an assisted starting point, not a formal quotation and not legal, financial, or investment advice. Confirm anything material with a human advisor before you commit.
4. Fees and commission
Browsing the site and talking to an advisor cost you nothing. Our commission arrangement differs from one developer to another; where a fee would be payable by you, we tell you the amount in writing before you commit to anything. Government fees and taxes, such as the real-estate transaction tax, are outside our control and are borne as the regulations provide.
5. Your obligations
- Give accurate contact details so an advisor can reach you.
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to send abusive, misleading, or spam content.
- Do not scrape, copy, or republish the listings, images, or content of the site for commercial use without our written permission.
- Do not attempt to breach, overload, or interfere with the site or its systems.
6. Intellectual property
The RYLIST name, logo, design, texts, and arrangement of content belong to RYLIST Global Co. Developer logos, project names, brochures, and images belong to their respective owners and are used within the scope of our marketing agreements with them.
7. Third-party links
The site links to developer pages, brochures, maps, and government services. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Availability of the service
We work to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it, including a project listing, at any time.
9. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by the applicable regulations, RYLIST is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, from reliance on indicative information, or from a decision taken by a developer. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the regulations do not allow us to limit.
10. Real-estate advertising compliance
We publish projects in line with the real-estate advertising rules issued by the Real Estate General Authority. If you believe a listing on this site is inaccurate or non-compliant, tell us at info@rylist.sa and we will review it promptly.
11. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms as the service or the regulations develop. The date at the top reflects the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute falls to the competent judicial authority in the Kingdom.
