Terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of the RYLIST COMMERCIAL platform and the brokerage services provided through it.
This is a translation for convenience. Where the two versions differ, the Arabic version is the binding one.
Nature of the service
The platform is a commercial real estate brokerage tool operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Published listings sit under live brokerage mandates and valid advertising licences, and do not in themselves constitute a binding offer. Obligation arises from the written contract.
Accuracy of information
Areas, costs and availability dates are taken from the owner or their representative and reviewed before publication. Availability is confirmed every seven days; anything unconfirmed drops off the display automatically.
Commission
Commission is agreed in writing before conclusion and stated in the offer and the invoice. It is earned only on conclusion of the deal in line with the written agreement.
Acceptable use
Automated data extraction, republication of listings, and use of the published contact channels for anything other than dealing with the platform are prohibited.
