Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to deliver the brokerage service, and keep it for as long as the service or a legal obligation requires, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law.
This is a translation for convenience. Where the two versions differ, the Arabic version is the binding one.
Who is responsible
RYLIST COMMERCIAL is the controller of your personal data. To contact us about your data, use the contact number shown at the bottom of every page.
What we collect
The contact details you send in the request form (name, mobile, email and company), the details of your property requirement, and technical usage data needed to run the site.
How we use it
To contact you, shortlist what matches your requirement, arrange viewings and issue offers and invoices. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Legal basis
We process your data on the consent you give when you send the form, and to fulfil the request you sent. The required fields in each form are required because we cannot contact you or serve your request without them; everything else is optional.
Retention
We keep your data while we deal with you about your request or property, then for the period the law requires for keeping contracts and invoices. After that we delete what is no longer needed or remove what identifies you.
Processing outside the Kingdom
Our website and its database are hosted by cloud service providers whose servers are located outside Saudi Arabia, so your data is transferred to them solely to run the service, under the conditions set by the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations.
What we never publish
Owner names and numbers, exact addresses and precise coordinates, partner brokers’ personal details, commission margins, and title documents. The location shown on any listing is a point deliberately offset within the district boundary.
Your rights
You may request access to your data and a copy of it, its correction, the deletion of anything we are not legally required to keep, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority.
